This week we had our joint session and we discussed house bill H28.And the bill was about kids having the right to opt out of computer use. The senators and representatives got together and discussed the bill and then we voted on it and the bill passed. If we were real representatives and senators then the bill would have gone to the governor and the governor could have vetoed it or passed it on to the next part of the process.

Also this week in Ms. E's class in math we learned how to use google maps and we all found how far our homes were from JES.And then we made a line plot. And the line plot told us whose house was the farthest from school and whose house was the closest to school.

We also read this week. We got into pars and read to Mrs. Cafferty's class and they also read to us.And it was a lot of fun!

Another thing we did this week for celebrating our social issues books, we made public service announcements! Based on  the issue in our book group!

Also this week we finished our persuasive essays!
